Max Reps in 2 minutes, Rest 1 minute in between movements:
Tire Flips
KB Swings
Goblet Squats
Sit Ups
Box Jumps

 

“Cash Out”
Tabata Handstands
If you can’t do handstands, hold a heavy set of Dumbbells above your head

    TIRE FLIPS!!!!!
    This one was kinda fun, actually. I like amraps and max reps. You know it’s going to end soon!
    I got 171 using a 35# kb, and a 16″ box. (Stood in front of that 20″ and just couldn’t jump.) I also did knees to elbows instead of sit-ups.
    I held 25# dbs for the cash-out. I did rest during round 5, but glad I went that heavy.

    This was only my 3rd day and apparently I have new muscles I never new I had!

    I got 161 with 35#KB and 16″ box.

    i hate soccer season. well i like it but i dont get to workout and it sucks. missing the competition and everyone and its only been three days. im going tomorrow at 6pm so i want a big class for me!

    Did this at school. No tires to flip so we did everything else. Had to use dumbbells because we have no kettle bells. 217 total with a 40lb DB and 20″ box. The softball girls liked this one.

    209 reps with 70# kettlebell, 30” box, and GHD sit-ups. Almost everyone in class went to lunch after for Sean’s birthday, good times!

    Mitchel – the clues have been a picture of a 50# dumbbell and some guy wearing riot gear which made us think maybe we should bring knee pads because possibly a lot of heavy lunges? who knows.

    137 reps. Used a 45# KB for swings, 35# for goblet squats, 30″ box jumps, and did GHD sit ups.

    Why did y’all do GHD sit-ups? Just to make it harder? (I did k2e and it was NOT to make it harder.)

    6am, y’all are great, but i can’t do squat when i workout that early. I suppose its better than not at all though. I wish id thought about ghd’s, I could barely do 15 sit-ups thanks to yesterdays havoc on my “other side”. only did 134 reps. 70# kb for swing, small stone for goblet squats, and 24″box.
