Here are some ladies who are a lot stronger than you (guys or girls) between 105-130#. Try to avoid what the first girl does.

WOD 3/29/11

Weighted Push-Ups 7-7-7-7-7  (Make these more difficult by elevating your feet, using parallettes, using rings, or adding a vest.

“Let’s Row”

500m Row w/ Damper at 10

500m Row w/ Damper at 8

500m Row w/ Damper at 6

500m Row w/ Damper at 4

Rest as needed between sets. Add all your times together for your final score.

    “Weighted pushups” for me, meant doing them on my toes…which I am proud to say I DID! Most sets 4/3 but last set unbroken. I actually kinda liked the rowing although I never quite got 500 meters in 2 minutes. Always a little over. Total time was 9:19.4

    I don’t know which workout is worse, today’s rowing WOD or “Karen” and sprints at CFMC.

    i might have to give the edge to CFMC there….thats a bad combo…we ONLY have a 2000m sprint on the rower
