Weighted Push-Ups 7-7-7-7-7  (Make these more difficult by elevating your feet, using parallettes, using rings, or adding a vest.

500m Row w/ Damper at 8

500m Row w/ Damper at 6

500m Row w/ Damper at 4

Rest as needed between sets. Add all your times together for your final score.
