Starting February 27 we will be moving the Noon class to 11:30am. Also, there is a box in the middle room labeled “Free Stuff” with misc sweaters, shirts, flip flops. Go through it and take your things. All the items will be donated to goodwill at the end of next week.

 

One more week until the journey to the CrossFit Games begins. We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/

    I concur Cody. I hate thrusters and that many KB swings with 70# aien’t no joke.

    I agree Danielle, that’s alot for girls. Thanks for the optimism Neal. However, Cody is much more likely to accomplish that feat than I. I will try though. I just hope I don’t get stuck at work and miss 6pm.

    Garret, that’s no lie. Good possibility i’ll be scaling this one back a little. However, it’s not impossible so who knows! All you can do is try!

    33.3 second row best time. Somehow tied Chris exactly on row. 9:36 Rx. I think it is impossible to do unbroken after going as hard as you can on Rows. I actually wanted to quit and throw up!

    The rowing was fun and odd that me and Cody had exact same time. Wod will leave you on the floor. 10:38 or 10:48, so tired I can’t remember.
