 WOD 11/15/11

Squat Clean – Work Up To A Heavy Single

 

As quickly as possible:
10 Squat cleans (135#/95#)
400m run
10 Squat cleans
400m run
10 Squat cleans
400m run
1 Squat clean (yes, one squat clean)

 

We won’t be having our stretching class this Saturday at 9am but we will have our 10 and 11am classes.

We will be closed November 24&25. On Wednesday November 23 we won’t have a 6pm or 7pm class. Classes will resume normally on Saturday.

    Think I’m ALMOST “getting” that clean motion. Still want to pull early, but got a lot of practice today!

    If anybody wants a great cooldown, Mitchell and I tied in a tiresome tabata GHD (4 rds situps, 4 rds back-extensions) at 114 total reps.

    Did this one in the driveway. 265# for a heavy single. Failed at 275# 12:55 Rx on the WOD.
