15 minutes to establish a 2RM Back Squat.

 

 

10 minute AMRAP of:

12 Pullups
12 Pistols (6R/6L)
12 HR Pushups

 

 

This looks like it could be a fun CrossFit Competition!

It’s usually not a one time fix and you’ll need to do the drills over and over to improve mobility.
