 WOD 9/10/12

15 minutes to establish a 2RM Back Squat.

 

 

10 minute AMRAP of:

12 Pullups
12 Pistols (6R/6L)
12 HR Pushups

 

 

This looks like it could be a fun CrossFit Competition!

 

Still having problems with your Overhead position? Toes going out too far on squats? Whatever your issue, go to http://www.mobilitywod.com/ and search for the issue and watch the video on how to begin correcting the problem! It’s usually not a one time fix and you’ll need to do the drills over and over to improve mobility.

    155# for a 1rm back squat. Didn’t get low enough first time but did 2nd…and that’s a 5# pr for me!
    4 rds + 8 pullups (b/p which is down from b/r, 16″box, p)
