Toes To Bar 15-15-15

Complete 5 Tall box jumps between each set

 

AMRAP in 5:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Rest 5 minutes:

 

AMRAP in 5 mins:

5 Cleans (135/95)

15 Sit-Ups

 

We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/. You can still participate with us in the Open workouts on Saturdays at 1pm if you don’t register. If you don’t plan on RX’ing the workouts then it’s unnecessary to register; but we want as many people as possible to join us on Saturdays to compete in the WODs.

    The big news today is that all my pull-ups were with BLUE BAND ONLY!
    Got 3rds (+pull-ups) using blue then purple for push-ups
    4 rds (+cleans and 3 sit-ups) w/ 63#.

    Thanks S Dawg!!! 😉 You asked me this morning what brought me in this morning. My response was along the lines of ” i’m tired of being lazy”. But that wasn’t the whole truth. There comes a time in ones life where you can listen to doctors or go on the advice your mom gave you two months before she lost her fight to cancer. ” Nakia you have two choices in this world, Get busy living or get busy dying “. Think i’ll hang around a little while longer 🙂 Crossfit has & continues to save my life in more ways than one. Thank you to all my Crossfit coaches & Crossfit family for all the love & support you show. You all are my Valentines! Happy Valentines Day Guys! May it be a beautiful blessed one !! 😉

    most T2B I got unbroken was 10, but I’m going to work on adjusting my grip on the kip! and did 24″ box jumps

    1st wod: 5 rounds plus 5 pull ups RX (push ups are the devil)

    2nd wod: 5 rounds plus 4 cleans @ 73# thanks for the push JJ and Monica

    Did yesterday’s WOD instead… 240# Clean and Jerk (10# PR!)

    Then 5:06 @175# on the crippler (15# over body weight) definitely a PR on weight but I’m not sure about my old time.

    6 Rds and 5 pushups Rx. 6 Rds and 5 cleans (plus 1 jerk for fun) Rx. Good fun today. Always a joy to go with The Big Boys at 6pm. Garrett, Jake, Cody, Jeremy, Mike, Chad…… all beasts.
