    This wod was horrible! im sure it had to do with the nachos i ate yesterday though:( 40kb swings, 9 stupid front squats, and i think 17 toes to bar rx!! those clean and jerks were messing with my head today! and the barbell scratched me! ok…im done whinning now!!:) thanks for the ass kicking neal!!

    FS 8 reps @135 and 10 reps @115. Shouldn’t have dropped weight. Did 4 c&j @135 and [email protected]#
    54** knees to elbow. **I’m sure there were some no reps in there
    Kicking myself for not sticking with my original weight. Lesson learned!

    not sure what my time was on the cash out… either someone forgot to set the timer (not pointing any fingers ;-)) or mine and Cassi’s snail pace took so long that thing got timed out!!! bahaha

    Title of this is deceptive…..great work out…attempted to use a 35# KB- lasted one round but that’s ok I tried! I’ve recently been accused of not doing enough weight….

    I loved today’s “cooldown” but we need to come up with a new name, or learn to laugh whenever Neal says “ok, now …”

    I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!!! ESPECIALLY THE CASH OUT!!!! 60 KB SWINGS @ 35# , 15 FRONT SQUATS @ 95#, ONLY 18 KNEES TO CHEST WITH TWO TOES TO BAR :(…
    P.S. I PULLED MY SELF UP AND OVER ON THE RINGS . YES THE ONES HANGING FROM THE CEILING 😉 THANKS SHEAN FOR TAKING THE EXTRA TIME TO TEACH ME THE PROPER TECHNIQUES!!!! NEXT ON MY LIST IS A MUSCLE UP!!! CFB MAKES MY HEART SMILE 😉

    Chris, I agree and have given this much thought. The cool downs should be referred to as WOD #2 or #3 depending on the “warm-up”. 🙂

    Either way I love them all.

    I’m with steph, i love them all! but I did really like this cool down, neal. i’m thinking it’ll be perfect to do in italy!
