    It took me 38:24 and some scaling but I did EVERY ONE of the 500 reps!!!
    (16″ box, 18#kb should have used the 26#, 10# medball, and 3x’s singles)
    Not as bad as expected…and NO piano playing or sand measuring as I dreamed. I’m NEVER looking at the wod before I get there again.

    Nakia! You WORKED for nearly an HOUR! I am in AWE of your stamina! Congrats to you!

    I also wanted to mention the “community” of CrossFit. Today was one of those days where I just wanted to do all the reps. Not worried about the clock. The scaling (Thanks, Fara, for making me use the 33# bar and I should have used the 26#kb.) was to make sure I would be able to keep going long enough to just finish.
    What REALLY kept me going, though, was the COMMUNITY. Sean was wandering around coaching and seemed to be right there with an encouraging word just when I least expected it and often when I needed it most. Several times I could hear Fara yelling my name even as she was pushing herself. Then when I was on my last move, Kyle sat on his box recovering and said SOMETHING ENCOURAGING EVERY TIME I jumped for my last 12 box jumps. Folks, you just don’t get that anywhere else. Thank-you ALL for pushing me to do more than I ever think I can.

    20:45 RX My back hates me now. Burpees kicked my butt. I think it took almost 5 minutes to complete them. I should have stayed home and rested today.

    That is a ridiculously good time Jeremy, especially after how meany bean bags we tossed this weekend. I can’t make it today, I need another rest day.

    39:07 RX = It was my first time to RX this but I really want to try it again, maybe one Sunday…not pleased with this time. I feel like I could make up some time on the stuff that’s easier for me. Wall ball got me bad!

    39:25 3*singles just didn’t have anything left to try double unders, burpees and wall ball owned me! Had a couple no reps on knees to elbows but what doesn’t kill you makes you better, I seriously considered giving up on this at some point during the burpees

    35:59, didn’t rx the box jumps (16″), 150 singles not DU, did supermans instead of back extensions (they make me dizzy)…..time included some medical attention to my hubby….twisted ankle on box jumps. he’s gonna be down for a week or two. He completed everything in the wod but 25 box jumps…. he’s bummed but told him it has happened to everyone at some point and time!

    Glad I can say I completed “filthy” today! Thanks Sean for the encouragement and the medical assistance! 🙂

    34:32rx-what a way to start the week. Got my butt back on the 20″ box but those back extensions, wall balls and burpees were brutal! My back hates me!

    I loved it when we were trying to learn the thriller dance. We were so terrible but it was so much fun!

    The entire night will be my favorite memory!!! First time I have ever dressed up in my life & literally my first Halloween party ever. I had a blast!!! Thanks guys 😉 Yet another way Crossfit has changed my life for the better & put a smile on my face! P.S. I made the board on this one! The Knees to elbows hurt & the Du’s slowed me way down 🙁 But I will get much much better!!!
