I have a feeling Ashley didn't enjoy this particular workout

WOD 4/8/11

Single-Leg Dumbbell Squats 10-10-10-10 (10 on each leg per set)

3 Rounds:

10 Renegade Man-Makers (35/25)

50 Double Unders

Renegade Man-Maker – Stand tall with dumbbells at side, drop and do a push-up, then pull one dumbbell to your chest, then the other, jump your feet underneath you, squat clean the weight up to your shoulders and follow that into a thruster, return dumbbells to your side.

    I did this workout this morning with 40# dumbbells and it was a bad idea. I did get the double unders unbroken. This WOD was a lot harder than it looked on the site.

    Did you only have 40# db’s? That’s a lot of weight to do man-makers with!
    Also, I’ve made those cajun sweet potato cakes….GREATNESS

    They had 35# dbs Jay. I just thought it sounded easy so I got 40# ones. I couldn’t change in the middle of the workout because the dbs were on the other side of the gym. It took me like 11:30 to finish.
