    lol it is a lil diff. skill work was overhead squats or front squats and ten less pushups.

    I had no plans to get close to a bs pr. When it was over, I realized I was only 10 # shy of my max. (did 140)
    11:43 on the WOD with 45# and red assisted pushups.
    I know that’s slow, but…

    I’m with you on this one Garrett. I didn’t get to do it either and i wanna see if my max has increased too….Seeing this today has made my Monday! By the way….love the shorts that chick in the pic is wearing. They are off tha chain! lol

    Can’t remember my time, but 175 in Bs. Had a off lifting day but it was still 20# more than my last max so it was a good day!

    tried to post on this yesterday and it my phone was giving me issues…. only got to 185# on bs because class was so big didn’t have time to max out. 🙁 . 11:44rx on the wod. I like the pistols!
