50 Box jump  (24/20”)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
50 Walking Lunges (25/leg)
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, (45/33)
50 Back extensions (On GHD Or Supermans)
50 Wall ball shots (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

We will have open gym tonight from 8-9pm. If you want to try out the first WOD from the CrossFit Open come on by!
