AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
5 Burpees
10 Pull-Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
100m Sprint

    idk josh. 10 pullups lol. i could do that but i might not get a lot of rounds in meaning not a lot of work. so maybe. i will sleep on it

    Jeremy, you must have read it wrong! It says 15 kb swings at 53. You can only get 10 so I dont see how you will do more than one set!

    Red band/ I started with gray, but I don’t think it’s that much change just learned to push myself a lot more. I love this place. I may never be an athlete but I will for sure be a better person physically thanks to all of you.

    disappointing 4 rounds today with the red and 35#. had plenty of time to do 5.
    started the 5th round with 8 min left taking my sweet time making sure i had enough energy for the KB swings at the end…only to remember at about 9:15 i had to run the 100 m. i forgot all about it. ended up finishing the round about 3 secs late :[

    5 burpees
    10 pu with 1″ band
    15kb 30# (should have gone heavier)
    2 100m runs then subbed 1rnd 20 su then 2rnds 20 squats
    had to sub due to foot injury
