AMRAP in 5 minutes:

10 Pull-Ups

10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

20 Double Unders

 

Rest 5 minutes:

 

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

7 Push-Ups

7 Push Press (45/30)

7 Burpees

 

We won’t be having our stretching class this Saturday at 9am but we will have our 10 and 11am classes.

We will be closed November 24&25. On Wednesday November 23 we won’t have a 6pm or 7pm class. Classes will resume normally on Saturday.

    I like 5 minute amraps. I know it’s going to be over soon so I think I may push myself a little more. (although you may not think so from my score!)
    1st amrap: 2 rounds (+2 pull-ups. Kara, I did NOT stop working!) blue/purple, 35#, and 60 singles.
    2nd amrap: 3 rounds with 1 second left! Toes with purple band assist, 20# dbs.

    It hit me today that in all the years of dancy aerobics (even step classes) I can not remember even ONCE having to lie on the floor to catch my breath with I finished. I’m just older and BETTER now!

    super stoked about today’s wods!!

    2rounds RX(<—- yes that just happened) on the first wod and

    3 rounds(+10 PUs) @ 20#DBs on the 2nd wod. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THIS ONE! it was wayyy tougher than I thought, but as always I feel like the push ups were the hardest part for me.

    Did the first one kinda slow because I sucked at double unders. 45 lb KB 2 rounds plus 5 swings. Second round RX got 4 rounds plus 2 push press. Congratulations to lakin ( my girl ) she flipped the big tire! Thanks Clayton for coaching her!

    It was nice giving my butt & legs a break!

    2rds +10pullups, 7kb swings (@35# kb, grn/pur. bands)
    3rds +7pushups +6pushpress @25#s

    Im so looking forward to waking up in the morning without easing out of bed cuz of the pain in my booty! Now maybe that’s a sign that jumping lunges worked and need to be done weekly…..just say’en!

    3 rounds (red band, 45#KB and singles/tried a double under every 15).
    3 and 2/3 rounds (w/35#’s).
    Will miss Crossfit the next few mornings since in Houston. Won’t be the same starting each morning on a fun note. Long runs instead.
