Back Squats – 4 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM

 

3 Rounds:

10 Clean & Jerks (95/65)

20 Pull-Ups

10 Dual KB Front Squats (55/35)

 

Holiday Hours:

Wednesday July 3 we will not have a 6:30pm class

Thursday July 4 we will have open gym from 11am-1pm

Friday July 5 we will have open gym from 1-3pm

Saturday July 6 we will have our normal class schedule

    275# on all four sets of squats, they were tough from the very first set

    7:51 RX on the workout. First round went by in about 90 seconds but it slowed down a lot after that

    Didn’t do the backsquats. Knee was bothering me.

    10 something on the WOD 63# c&j, scaled 10 pull-ups and did dual kb swings at 25# instead of squats.

    Pretty big brain fart on BS’s today, and lost control
    Of my weight. But I finished. Weight felt really heavy.
