WOD 8/9/11

Death By Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Complete 6 reps during the first minute. Every minute after add two kettlebell swings. Complete the given reps for each minute until you can no longer complete a set within that minute. Ex: minute 1 – 6 reps, minute 2 – 8 reps, minute 3 – 10 reps, etc…

AMRAP in 7 minutes:

1 Deadlift (225/155)

1 Handstand Push-Up

Increase the reps by one after every round. Ex: 1 deadlift, 1 HSPU, 2 deadlifts, 2 HSPU, 3 deadlifts, 3 HSPU…..etc.

    Between Cindy yesterday and Revenge of the Kettlebell today, it now hurts to put on my deodorant!
    Also, WHO punched me in the arm and left this ginormous bruise?
    Got to 18 with a 35# bell…no breath when time to start the next round!
    Got 7 rounds on the amrap with 115# and red/blue assisted hspu.
    Just getting upsidedown is quite an accomplishment for me!

    Great followup to yesterday’s workout! Death by Kettlebell occurred at 22 with 26#.
    Amrap 8 rounds, #115 and red/blue assisted hspu. Lots of fun and Roosters doodle do.

    finished round 18 on the kb swings w/ 70#, didn’t even start round 20

    got 6 rounds on the deadlift/HSPU @ 245#. didn’t feel too good after Cindy yesterday

    Wow, just wow.

    Made it through the round of 22 (35#) and gave the 24 round a shot but didn’t quite make it!

    Second WOD got 7 rds 125# and box for hspu.

    Will check on y’all in a couple of weeks when I get off crutches. Thanks to everyone for everything! See y’all soon

    Does the hurtin ever stop?
    20 rounds with a 45# KB.
    7 rounds with 155# on dead and I did Pike pushups. Got 8 deads when time ran out.

    First, I’ve never been anywhere where I literally have to give myself a little pep talk before I go, feel a little tortured when I’m there and can’t WAIT to do it all again the next day.

    Second, I can hardly sit down. 🙂

    22 on the KB with 30#
    4 HSPU short of 9 rds w/ 103# DL and Red/Red assisted HSPU.

    Still sore from yesterday, but today’s stretches helped out a lot. Made it to 18 swings with #53, and 7 rounds with #185 and red/blue HSPU

    Round of 20 with 70# Kb, then 7 Rounds + 8 Deadlifts at 255# and 2 Abmats. Great wod, had alot of fun with this one. Feels good to be back on the diet at least for the past few days.
