10 Burpees As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

50 Double Unders As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

5 Back Squats (185/115) As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

20 Kettlebell Sit-Ups* (35/26) As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

*KB Sit-ups can be with or without an ab-mat, feet butterfly or flat, just hold kettlebell in close to your chest and sit-up.

    All times could be +/- 1 second. It is really hard to time yourself on this workout.
    50 double unders – 24 secs
    5 back squats (185#) – 9 secs

    This one was really fun!! :26 seconds on burpees, :46 on 15 double unders- I STILL suck at them! :11 on bs rx, and :45 on situps rx!!

    Lots of fun. Watching Neal and JJ battle out burpees was epic! 2:02/3 something @25 DU’s/ 1:30? @185#/2:24. I think thats about right. Lots of numbers to remember today. Is it just me or did every person who posted about wanting to join a team today say something that sounded dirty?
