50 Double Unders As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

5 Back Squats (185/115) As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

20 Kettlebell Sit-Ups* (35/26) As Fast As Possible, Rest 30 seconds, Repeat for total of three rounds. Record fastest time

*KB Sit-ups can be with or without an ab-mat, feet butterfly or flat, just hold kettlebell in close to your chest and sit-up.
