    As you can see, CF has been doing wonders for me. Also, having a daily tanning regiment is key to success.

    Some days I just think Neal is trying to weed us out!
    BUT…a 20# PR on back squat makes for a pretty good day! Got 150# and tried 160# (twice) but just couldn’t get low enough. The trick is to work with Crystal and never know how much is on the bar!
    33:43 on the wod with 30#, purple assist,14#, 35#, 16″, knees UP, 600 sgls

    I literally laughed out loud when I saw the pic. Hilarious! I’m very sad I’m not there to do this wod with y’all. However, yesterday we did max back squat yesterday at CrossFit San Diego and I did 107 which is a PR for me. 🙂

    Way to go Fara! 25 lb PR is great! Yes, if I could get there today I would definetly go for it. 210 is my max now so I hope I can PR. Good luck to everybody today. I hate missing!

    245# back squat. 15# PR. makes me wonder what i have been doing to make it jump that high or why i was not actually maxing out

    21:58 RX on the wod. 200 DU’s by far the worst of it. went 50-25-25-25-25-20-15-15 and apparently made up 3 mins more than J Franks on that part. nice race with him until then

    did this one at home today..

    125# BS – Same as last time.. wish I had 2.5s, I think I can get 130#… tried 135# 4 times and failed :-/

    23:12 on the wod (800m run, 14# WB, 35# KB, 20″ box, 3 x singles)

    the jump rope was by far the worst part!

    Good job JJ. The DUs were the worst part by far. At 125 I was about done. I have no idea what rep scheme I did on them. It was very random.

    I think my time was 18:32 RX.

    Tried to catch Farah,Dena,& Stephanie on back squat. Fail…. Did get 195# which is a 30# PR for me. I’m good with that for now 😉 Good job Sarah who did 175#. Was good working out with you.

    225lbs on BS, PR. I really enjoy these chipper workouts. This one definitively kicked my ass, but I’m okay with that. 30:23RX, I was moving at a snails pace on burpees and not much better on DU’s.

    Today’s wod worked me good! 205# on BS. 45#bag,14# wallball,35#kb,20in box,75 DUs 22min even….feeling great…I feel it tomorrow i’m sure!
