Four sets, not for time:
1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 3 Push Press x3

 

Each set must be performed touch and go. You cannot pause on the ground.

 

As Fast As Possible:

50-30-10
Box Jump (24″/20″)
Pushup
Situps

    Bradd, each set should get progressively heavier. Each of the four sets should be challenging, there is no RX weight

    So each set will have 3 cleans, 3 squats, and 9 push presses?

    Stephen – Yes, but it will be 1-1-3, 1-1-3, 1-1-3, then you can set down the bar. Be sure to focus on getting the proper grip for receiving the clean & front squats, then switching to a full grip for the push press.

    Feels like someone used my quads as punching bags today! Box jumps are going to be fun.

    It was SO good to be back! It was only a week away but seemed like forever.
    I used 53# for the power clean/front squat/push press. I kept thinking we were supposed to add weight but it wasn’t on the list. I realize now I got that from Neal’s comment. Oh well. Even the 53# got heavy on that last set.

    I was 18:something finishing the wod. It was a real good one. I did about 20 jumps on a 16″ but switched to a 12″ since there were so many. I started getting scared I’d miss. Used purple band to assist toe push-ups. (Purple band and Kara threatning a “NO REP” if I wormed again!) I really DO LOVE Kara…before and after a wod! Not so much DURING!

    14:15 RX. 90lbs on skill.

    135# on the skill. I missed 155# twice in the third run through of the set. My rack position sucks and my grip got tired. 12:00 on the WOD Rxd.

    10:48 rx unboken jumps and situps. not my fastest. was trying to get goof full ROM on box jumps. pushups were disappointing

    105# on the skill. not sure if i could have went heavier
