    In January, I did Karen with a 6# wb in 8:02.
    Today, I used a 10# and finished in 7:25.
    Yeah, I’m encouraged!
    6:16 on the 2nd part (26#kb, 30 sgls)

    6:26 Rx. That was bitter sweet. PR by more than a minute. I made the board but I HATE doing that WOD. It was awesome working with Jay, JJ, and Chris. Also, I beat Dena which I did not think I could do. 4:02 on the second WOD.
