Skill Work: Handstands! Work on holding against a wall, free standing, walking, push-ups, on the rings etc.

 

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

15 Double Unders

5 Cleans (95/65)

Immediately Followed by:

5 Rounds:

15 Double Unders

5 Clean and Jerks (95/65)

800m Run after last round.

 

Score is rounds completed in the four minutes and time to finish the 5 rounds and run.

    If you came to the morning classes, you were supposed to subtract the 4 minutes off of your time. My bad! I corrected it on the board for you guys.

    8 rounds then 7:36 on times portion. Weather was perfect for running, great WOD today guys. And of course NEal had to beat me just to prove a point! Nice work Neal
