Back Squat 5-5-5-5 Go As Heavy As Possible

Between each set do 5 Box Jumps – Go As Tall As Possible

 

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

5 Box Jumps (30/24)

10 KB Swings (55/35)

10 2for1 Wall Ball (20/14)*

 

2for1 wall ball – When you do an extra air squat while the medicine ball is in the air. If you can’t do 2for1 wall ball scale to 10 wall ball and 10 air squats.

    I went from 77-105# on the back squats. Still babying an injury.
    3 rounds plus jumps and swings of a 4th round…BUT the BIGGESWT thing today is that I’m back on a 20″ box (rather than a 16 w/ a plate). Now if mty doubleunders would just return!

    255 on last set of squats. 5 rounds + 10 swings RX on the WOD. Those wall balls were no joke!

    285×5, tried for 300 but only got 1 rep 🙁
    worked up to 48” on the box jumps

    7Rds + 2 box jumps RX Those 2for1’s were HORRIBLE
