Back Squat 5-5-5-5 Go As Heavy As Possible

Between each set do 5 Box Jumps – Go As Tall As Possible


AMRAP in 12 minutes:

5 Box Jumps (30/24)

10 KB Swings (55/35)

10 2for1 Wall Ball (20/14)*


2for1 wall ball – When you do an extra air squat while the medicine ball is in the air. If you can’t do 2for1 wall ball scale to 10 wall ball and 10 air squats.
