Back Squat – Work up to a heavy set of 5 then complete 5 sets at that same weight. Rest 2-3 minutes between each set.

Pull-Ups – 3 sets of 20 Pull-Ups (scale reps or difficulty accordingly). Rest 90 seconds between sets.
