I don’t love rowing. I consider it a hated strength. I hope to do well on the rowing side of this work out tomorrow. I’ll bring it on Deadliftsandmilk too!!!!

Don’t sit out a workout just because you think you will suck at it. If that’s the case you should make it a point to do the WOD.

I’m just glad pull-ups are not on the agenda…however, I have not attempted a dead lift in 13 years. I want to see all the Franks there today…don’t you have to work the soreness out?

Agreed, you must work the soreness out via row and deadlift!

Ill be getting my row on at 6. All of the cool kids are going.

I went today and I hate deadlifts. That is why I went light on them. I was very glad not to see pull-ups and push-ups on the agenda.

    7:40 Row & 50 dead lifts @ 185#

    7:43 on Row and 36 Deadlifts @275# = score of 4:43.

I just read that during the sectional event you had 10 seconds to move from the rower to the barbell and your set was terminated if you let go of the bar or paused at the bottom. If that were our standards I would have ended up with about 3 deadlifts.

Jeremy – Don’t let the workout dictate whether or not you go. Either tell yourself you are going or taking the day off. Don’t pick and choose your workouts!
