Deadlift 5-5-5-3-3

 

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

50 Double unders
10 Deadlifts (185#/135#)

 

We will be closed November 24&25. On Wednesday November 23 we won’t have a 6pm or 7pm class. Classes will resume normally on Saturday.

    Deadlifts….got up to 173 for my last 3

    3 complete rounds +150 singles +3 deadlifts
    @135#’s
    No doubleunders for me….600 singles for me today.

    Sorry it was 175#’s on my deadlifts….tried 185 just couldn’t get it up…… (go ahead say it if you must….I know what you’re thinking) hahaha

    It’s two of my favorite things in a workout I won’t be able to go to today. I feel true sadness. 🙁 Awesome job Fara! 600 singles will definitely give you a workout.

    Good workout. Felt it needed to be a 15 to 20 minute workout though! 375 for last 3 reps. 4 rounds at 185#, singles.

    Fara, you know us well! Consider it said! Your knee must be bothering you because I KNOW you have a deadlift greater than 175#. But you’d better take care of it. 600 sgls probably makes it feel REAL good!

    215 for last three. Did 155 for the workout. 3 rds.
