35 Russian Twists

45 Double Unders

    175 # SJ (PR) – felt like I could do more, but ran out of time. Next time.
    5 rds. @ 200 #. 4 sets of unbroken 45 DUs – that has to be a PR of some sorts.
    This Paleo Challenge stuff actually seems to be working. Who’d have “thunk” it?

    What a mess! Jacked my back up after 2 rounds of deadlifts so I just finished the workout without the deadlifts. 2 Rounds RX, 4 Rounds + Russian Twists without DL
