Dead Hang Pull Ups – NO KIP. Add weight if possible
5-5-5-5-5

 

6 Rounds:
Sprint 100m
Jog 100m
Walk 100m

 

Burpees 20-20-20

Rest 2 minutes between each set. Time each round

    JJ actually used a pulled hamstring as an excuse to losing his race against Chris. I hope he doesn’t do the same thing when we have our mile race

    way to call people out on the blog! and u wouldn’t even give ur hurt friend a boost on ur bike to get back to the gym lol

    I liked the running (weird, huh??) only because I need to do some serious work on that… you’ve seen these legs, u know what I’m talking about!!

    6:26 on the burpees (only thing I’m good at!)

    and I finished 10 wall ball shots @ 10# on the cash out

    Blue/red band for pull-ups. The running wasnt too bad. 1:01, 1:59, and 1:30 on the burpees.
