Back Squat – 3 sets of 10, last set should be 75-85% of your max

 

For Time:

1500m Row

400m Sandbag Run (60/45)

2000m Run

    Enjoyed today’s WOD more than others. Endurance is important-I’m lacking it these days. Can’t remember my time ~25:00

    19:45 RX. Aaron and Jeremy, you’ll like the fact that Krystal passed me on the run, yet again. What’s even more funny is that I went and did my secret training after the WOD with a 4 mile run in the woods near my house. Just as I finished, who do you think I saw doing more secret training of her own? Stop training extra, Krystal, or I’ll never catch up.

    This is the first endurance workout we’ve done in a LONG time. Cody and Matt you shouldn’t pick and choose your workouts otherwise you’re never going to get good at the things you suck at.

    Wow… you like my two comments….. I commented, didnt see it, then wasnt totally sure I hit the submit button, so I did it again. Im a retard.

    Scott- I invite Jeremy and you. Everyone knows I run before/after crossfit and everyone is always invited 🙂 especially you since you live around the block. Technically you saw my 3rd workout, I did CF, ran on treadmill at Exygon, then you saw me running my dog.

    haha so you’re the only one doing “secret” training !! Its always more fun with a group so Im glad you finally let your secret out and will hopefully join me (you too Jeremy)

    235 x 10 on last set of squats
    20:01 RX on the WOD. 5:50 row, sandbag run was more of a shuffle, had to stop 4 times on the run because my calf kept cramping. All in all miserable!!!!

    25:10 could have been faster but got a cut on my heel from my shoes and killed me the last 1000m. I can tell my endurance is getting a lot better though!

    Instead of secret training, I went back for another round tonight at 6:30 p.m. 🙂 Enjoyed it even more than this morning.
