I’m excited to see “Karen” again. I’ll get to see how much I have improved from the last time.

Karen is a good test of mental toughness. How much can you endure before you have to set that ball down

It’s a test of mental toughness: CAN I FINISH?! This one scared me when I saw it on the board, so I dropped back to a 4# ball and hoped to get 100. At 100, decided to keep going…10 at a time…and finished in 8:02. SO glad I did so now I can have a time to beat! Thanks Serennah for the encouragement while counting me…also for doing 150 before me and making me see that it IS possible!

My thighs are still in shock. Can’t really sit, stand, or walk comfortably at the moment. 5:35 RX, PR by 75 seconds! Couldn’t have done it without Stefan pushing himself right there beside me. I got my first 92 unbroken; but Stefan got to 100 before he put the ball down! That is mental toughness right there, next time I’ll get the century

That’s an awesome bench Sean! I think 132% of your bodyweight sounds cooler
