AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats

Open GymStarting in March open gym will be held at CrossFit Mid-County the 1st-15th of each month and at CrossFit Beaumont the 16th-31st of each month. This will help build the community between our sister gyms and let everyone learn from other coaches and members.

    2 things: 1. Please note that this picture was made AFTER Nancy-in-the RAIN. 2. We shared the birthday burpees (in the interest of time!) but I went home and did ALL mine before the day was over!
    Oh, a 3rd thing…there are 15 airsquats in today’s workout…not 10 like I did. UGH

    Ladies – The CrossFit Houston Women’s Only competition is going to be Saturday May 7. We had about 6 girls compete last year; let’s see if we can get more to go out this year!
