Open GymStarting in March open gym will be held at CrossFit Mid-County the 1st-15th of each month and at CrossFit Beaumont the 16th-31st of each month. This will help build the community between our sister gyms and let everyone learn from other coaches and members.


Join us this Saturday at CrossFit Mid-County from 11AM-1PM to bring our new gym in the right way. Free introductory WOD at 11AM and INSANE members only WOD starting at 12noon.
