    Woo hoo! PR on Annie and front squats! 140# and 11:16 and a week ago yesterday annie was 13:19! Dayum! I am pumped!

    CONGRATS, Amber, on 2 PRs in one day!! I’m glad I didn’t know you were doing 140# right across from me! I was struggling with those today. Kara said it was b/c she put a ball behind me and I was actually squatting low!

    120# FS (5# pr from June)

    I did the workout from last Monday. (5 min amrap: 30 du’s 20 box jumps) Got only 2 rounds (3x’s sgls) but I jumped on a 16″ for the first time IN a wod! Had to work up to every jump…but I DID it!

    Oh yeah, I got 3 double unders in a ROW WITHOUT STOPPING once today! (single single single double) Got 2 several times!

    It was an exciting morning with Amber’s double PR!
    Thank you Sheree for all the encouragement and counting– it helped keep me going! “The temptation to quit will be greatest just before you are about to succeed” and believe me I was ready to quit! Annie PR 18:50, took awhile but I got all my DUs! Dayum!

    You did great, Chris. I can’t remember what my Annie was last week but I did NOT do du’s.
    Love that quote. Think I’m going to steal it! Maybe we need it on a shirt! Or the wall at CFB.

    135# front squats….tried 145# got down but couldnt get it up (…. “thats what she said”…..hahaha…..i know most of you were thinking that) 🙂

    Set 2 gym records today. Highest front squat (330#, tied with Bradd) and slowest Rx Annie time (17:11). The noon class was already headed back to work when I started my round of 30. I guess we can’t be elite at everything. Unless you can be a cowboy in a Madonna shirt, nobody messes with that guy.

    Sit ups are stupid! Wow I did not realize how weak my abs were! Feeling pretty weak all over right now, I think I need to get on the juice!
