WOD 3/21/11

Overhead Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Front Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Back Squat – Find your 1 rep max

This is the last week of our strength cycle. We’ve already seen some huge PR’s the past couple of weeks. We will be retesting ourselves this week on our one rep max’s to see how much we have improved so try to get to class everyday!
