WOD 3/21/11

Overhead Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Front Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Back Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Refer to 2/14/11 & 11/19/10 for past results.

This is the last week of our strength cycle. We’ve already seen some huge PR’s the past couple of weeks. We will be retesting ourselves this week on our one rep max’s to see how much we have improved so try to get to class everyday!

    In 5 weeks I have made a few gains. OHS-205# (+70 PR), FS-230# (first ever 1rep max), BS-270# (+35 PR), DL-300# (+25 PR), Press-145# (+20 PR), Push Jerk-200# (+20 PR). A few others by +5-10 lbs. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and for pushing me to work harder everybody!
