    Sorry about that guys, we will do Annie soon. I completely forgot about the tabata sit-up cash out yesterday. 100+ sit-ups two days in a row would not be a good idea for most people.

    8:31 rx on Helen. 45 second pr, so I’m feeling pretty good! I think it was all about subbing the workout yesterday for an hour massage. It was my first time to ever go and get one and it felt amazing. I got up feeling like I was in someone else’s body with no aches or pains. They will definitely be implemented into my schedule.

    33, 53, 63, 73, 83,93 x 2. Couldn’t get the last 93 up without using my legs so No Rep.
    10:29 on Helen. 2 seconds from a personal best but my legs were not cooperating on the run. Did pull ups alot better though.

    10:34rx, that’s a pr from 11:13. I’ll take it. Would have been quicker on the runs, but my thighs are still shot from yesterday.
