    This is one of those where you get to the bar and say, “I’m NOT doing 20 pull-ups this round,”…but you do. I was 23:30 with an assortment of bands and a very heavy 40#. (But I DID it…with a LOT of encouragement.))

    24:04 with blue bands because of a sore wrist. That workout was a killer!!

    275# X3. PR
    295# X2. Almost got that 3rd one.
    3 rounds and run/pullups at 95# then DNF round four of the squats. I was smoked.

    18:56 with kipping pull ups and 65#.
    205# on squats.
