CrossFit Bridge City is having a crawfish boil on April 14. If you would like to attend please RSVP on the facebook event page.  Be sure to include how many pounds of crawfish you want!     16+ rounds RX. Just shy of getting my name on a 4th square on the hero board needing 17 rounds. Will have to push that much harder next time. Pushups slow me down too much after a while.

    27 Rounds, tied my PR from 2010. Never been able to do the push-ups like that, I paused during most of the sets but I never rested.

    15 rounds RX. 3 round PR from August. Squats were slow as expected. Very pleased with the push ups. Transition time was too slow. Great job Neal.

    14 rds RX. Is it a PR? The last time i did it I needed red and purple bands. I got 14 rds then as well. The push ups were harder then the pullups this time .
