    One of the tougher ones. Probably one of the slowest 800 M runs I have ever done in my life.

    did my press all 3 at 100#, got 2 and a huge fight for the third on 105….but stilla 25# PR from last time i did it in march

    WOD- 14:58 65#. went lighter than normal due to soccer game at 7

    good competition stefan and also clay and clayton
