We’ve changed the dates for our CrossFit Kids summer camp. We will be starting on June 18 for kids 7-12 years old. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00am for 5 weeks. The cost is only $75! There are limited spots available so get your kids signed up soon!

    150 on the squat clean. Tried 155 and wasn’t feeling it. Four days in a row so now time for a rest. Hey Neal, how about no burpees next week?:)

    103# squat clean. Apparently it was a PR and I had no idea but I hadn’t done squat cleans in months. Definitely could have gone heavier just ran out of time.

    Dena – There might be a burpee appearance, but you have to admit, it was very few burpees this week.
