    I DID RED BAND RING DIPS!!! OK, that’s probably part of the reason it took me 16 minutes to do this wod…getting in and out…falling out…TWICE…but I DID RED BAND RING DIPS! Plus, when everyone else has finished and rested, they cheer you on!
    63# for the fs and blue/purple for the pull-ups

    Lots of leg volume yesterday……. let’s do some high volume front squats today! Does crossfit hate legs? What doesn’t kill me makes me better at front squats and mine suck.

    Clint, I didn’t realize how badly it was going to hurt my hands, but I guess 49 pull-ups…and the skill work on the bar. No rips, but one more round…

    Jason, your legs hurt? I guess mine should but I’m feeling the pain in my shoulders today. This is pretty much going to just reinforce the existing soreness. 🙂

    I did 5pm yesterday and 6am today, I did have a slight case of the rubber legs yesterday (loved every second of getting back to it). Time today 10:22 #95 FS and red band on pu’s and rd’s.

    here’s post 11 or so…

    CFBB – vidor wod
    2 mins tabata push press (hold during rest) score = # reps (12#, 75)
    2 mins tabata squats (hold during rest) score = # reps (64)

    w/partner
    3 rounds:
    2 laps while other does situps; score = total situps (148)
    2 laps while other hold planks; score = total drops (0) (if you drop, then you have burpees)

    I’m going to the 7 pm and my whole body aches this week so looking forward to it!!! Now I have contributed to keeping the burpees away!! I think I’m number 12

    14:56 with red Band for dips, 115# FS, mostly chest to Bar pullups (mostly means I got as high as I could for the last two rounds which was pretty close but my chest did not touch on all of them)

    summary should have used purple band for dips, 125# FS, and well I am happy with my chest to bars until last 2 rounds.

    Ripped my damn hands again! They still aren’t healed from The 5th Mountain. Nonetheless, did this in 16:32 (I think). Used a purple band for ring dips, 63# FS, and RX’d pull-ups up until the last 10 reps which I then moved to ring rows.

    P.S. I’ve come to the conclusion that I HATE front squats.

    If i never get a muscle up in my life….Im completely okay with it! That was a tough wow, Id sure like to rest my poor hand soon. 15:28 with red band and regular old pull ups….On an unrelated note, IT JERZDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You would beat me by 6 seconds Jay! 17:08 rx.
    I thought the Front squats would be the hardest but I got those unbroken, However the dips were HARD. Oh well, just learning on what I need to work on.

    I don’t mind the fs’s….I hate anything to do with the pullup bars and I REFUSE to tear my much needed delicate hands. 😉

    This one sucked so bad. I ran out of gas. Too much Wodding this week. I started Rx and did 5 rounds in about 12 minutes and then stopped. My body just couldn’t take it. Tomorrow is a much needed rest day. My legs are begging for some rubbing.

    @ Clayton what about a body weight carry for a mile? Id try that.

    Take that Neal! Ive been trying to beat you at a WOD forever so today I’m a happy man. All joking aside my body is wrecked, I’m hurting, I’m drinking water like it’s going out of style….I must be making progress! Great job to all who RX’d this WOD!!!!

    This was my first day back since I hurt my shoulder and I loved it! Probably not the best day to come back to since there was a lot of arms but oh well. I couldn’t stay away any longer!

    Blue band dips, 45# fs and used a rack, red band pull ups 12:15

    I scaled enough that my shoulder doesn’t hurt, but I should’ve scaled more because I ripped my hands in 4 places! I’m so happy to be back!
