Met-Con will be coaches choice today

 

January 2-13 we will have a free class at 11am Monday-Saturday and at 8pm Monday-Thursday. These classes will be completely free and open to anyone regardless of experience. Tell your friends they can come check out as many classes as they’d like.

    Lots of fun today. It felt like punishment for eating bad all month. KP destroyed me like always. Check your ego at the door i guess.

    Guys you missed running, burpees, goblet squats and pushups. 4 mini wods all mashed up. I wanted to hurl and a few others were right there with me.

    Amen!!! That was tough! Thanks Neal for the reminder that ive been eating horrible! Basic foods and HEB after workin out. Back to Paleo we go! Veggie/beef chili for dinner AWESOME!

    Jason, I felt the same way!! If it wasn’t for the desserts I ate I’d have been okay.

    115# first two rounds of front squats and 135#I for the rest.
