    i worked out at lamar rec today and boy did it make me realize what a sweet deal crossfit is. looking around i see so many dudes doing the typical thing of standing in front of the mirrors and doing anything they can think of to make their arms look bigger. in my mind im thinking who cares. im so glad to be at a CF gym and everything we do therre

    It just sucks that at CFB I have to go to the bathroom to check out my arms in the mirror… what do you say we turn one of the walls in the gym into a giant mirror?
