Bears, Beets, Battlestar Gallactica

 WOD 1/31/12

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 (all sets 75-85% of max)

Do 3-5 Dead Hang Pull-Ups between each set

 

1-10

Wall Ball (20/14)

Burpees

 

Do one rep of each, then two reps of each, then three, and work your way up to 10.

    10:35 on the wod RX

    It’s one of those that looks mild on the board. It is NOT! I hate 1-10. 10-1 is much more pleasing mentally!

    Thanks EVERYBODY for cheering me on…EVERYBODY could because EVERYBODY was finished well ahead of me! That’s the CF “community” that keeps us going!

    Did this one at school. 215 on rds 1 and 2 of DL; 220 on rds 3-5.
    Subbed 20lb db thrusters for wall ball. 8:33. Harder then it looks!

    225 on the DLs, and 7:07Rx on the wod. I was cruising until the 7th rd, then my time slowed way down.

    wish I could have worked out today, sick for the first time in a long time. But i would say it probably would have been about 505# on the deadlifts and 4:02 RX+vest on the WOD if I were to guess 🙂

    i expect heavier and a better time out of you neal. way to under estimate yourself.

    i did 245# DL

    9:28 on the metcon with 20# vest and 25# WB
