Do 3-5 Dead Hang Pull-Ups between each set



Wall Ball (20/14)



Do one rep of each, then two reps of each, then three, and work your way up to 10.

    It’s one of those that looks mild on the board. It is NOT! I hate 1-10. 10-1 is much more pleasing mentally!

    225 on the DLs, and 7:07Rx on the wod. I was cruising until the 7th rd, then my time slowed way down.

    wish I could have worked out today, sick for the first time in a long time. But i would say it probably would have been about 505# on the deadlifts and 4:02 RX+vest on the WOD if I were to guess 🙂
