Kettlebell Complex: On the right arm complete 3 KB Cleans, 3 KB Push Press, 3 KB Front Squats, repeat on the left arm. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 Rounds

45 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

600m Run

 

Scaled:

30 Pull-ups

225 Singles

45 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

600m Run

 

If you need to modify your workout differently from the standard and scaled division of the competition feel free to. Treat this just like any other workout and scale reps, weights, and distances as needed.

    5:48 RX did 45 pull ups 75 DU 25 swings 600m run 20 swings, luckily got everything unbroken!
