5 Front Squats (135/95)

10 Push-Ups

    I was SO sore from Mon and Tues but SO glad I went today!
    Tried 53# on the bar and was afraid I’d give out. Kept loosing my balance. Put it back to 45#. Kara helped me a LOT on form.

    1st amrap: 3 rds + squats (sub 9 pull-ups w/ green ONLY!) I spent a lot of time getting that bar over-head.
    2nd amrap: 5 rds + 0hs and 8 (EIGHT *%$#@) purple band assisted push-ups. AAUUGGHH!! Kept thinking I shouldn’t have rested one time!

    Will muscle ups be on the rings or bar?

    Of Course Hardy, we can always sub movements. If you need to just use a PVC pipe, increase the reps and work on your form. Or you can do Front squats again

    Jay – On the rings, we have the double bars which make it really tough to do. Assume ring muscle ups unless otherwise stated

    wod 3- AMRAP in 7 min. tire flip throw big stone in = 1 rep , box jumps (5 reps 10 box jumps 24″) 6 rds + 3 flips
