    The squats were bad at first after yesterday!

    18:45, 35kb….10# db for TGU, usually don’t do TGU it tweaks the knee but it actually did ok today! YAY! Great workout!

    Yes, Cody was in beast mode. He was the one hauling it and yelling on the first 400!

    24:08 with a 35#kb for swings, red band for push-up assist, and 10# for the TGUs. (I think I used 12#s before.)
    160# for the deadlifts and…AND
    I GOT FIVE (COUNT ‘EM 1-2-3-4-5!) DOUBLEUNDERS IN A ROW in warm-up! Now it was s,s,D,s,s,D…but I didn’t fail uintil the 6th one! Are DUs in my in a wod in myfuture?!?

    19:13 RX using the 55 lb. KB. I learned a lesson today. Doing Turkish Getups with a 55 lb. KB isn’t exactly what I’d call easy. Cody convinced me to try and not move down weight. I think that was only my 2nd RX pure workout. Glad I finished it at RX.

    55lb tgu’s is slightly intimidating. At least there are ONLY 10! And i use only very loosely! See y’all at 6

    Great job Scott. We’re Rxing the workout again tomorrow. You may not finish nearl as fast as with lighter weight but your working twice as hard. Beast mode represent!!!
