AMRAP in 20 minutes:

100m Run (from pull-up bars to fence and back)

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

    I got in 8 rounds with 2 seconds to spare! Probably paced myself a little too much, but I wanted to work for the whole 20 minutes. Green/purple for pullups and red for pushups.
    Have I mentioned how happy I am to be back?!

    I got 9 rounds I think…. I got myself very confused as I was counting… Green/blue band went to ring rows the last few rounds. This was a fun WOD!!

    Fun working. Being back at the office is slightly painful though. Got in 9 rounds and a run with about a minute to spare. Used a blue band on pull ups cause I haven’t quite figured out how to incorporate the kip yet.

    14 Rounds with a 20# vest. Left a puddle of sweat in my area, I hardly ever sweat that much

    first off… super sad we didn’t have handstands and cartwheels in our skill work lol I would have loved to see some of the guys do those!!!

    9 rounds plus a run and 5 pull ups @ knees and red/purple band

    the heat was brutal at noon

    Lol, chris said he was going to get to 7 push ups and quit. That vest made it ridiculously hard to breathe

    Only got 11 bc Jay and JJ went before me. Nice work dudes.
