2x400m Sprint – Rest 4 minutes between each effort.

 

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
7 Deadlifts (95/65)
7 Hang Power Clean (95/65)
7 Front Squat (95/65)
7 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

 

Starting Monday, November 26 we will have the 5am class every weekday.

    1:15 and 1:18 for 400s. RX WOD w/4 rds + 7 front squats. Wanted the 5 rds, but not meant to be.

    Will miss workout tomorrow, but running 10K Turkey Trot in the morning in hopes of beating my time from last year, (should count for something)! Happy Turkey day!

    1:12 best run. 8 rounds 3 cleans rx. flipped the giant tire. 5 witnesses! haha

    Cody didn’t actually flip the tire. The tire got scared and flipped itself in an effort to get away.
