We recommend all athletes read the two PDF articles in the above links in order to get an understanding of the CrossFit methodologies. If you have any questions please email or call a coach.
Once you've decided that you want to try CrossFit come in and participate in one of our free Saturday introductory workouts at 11AM. These workouts are scalable to any fitness or ability level so feel free to bring friends and family.
To start training with us full-time you must complete our On-Ramp course. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques. These coaching sessions are your gateway to joining our regularly scheduled group classes. It is imperative that as a new athlete you complete the on-ramp course, as it will set you up for success in our program. You complete the on-ramp course by scheduling two 1-hour personal training sessions ($50 each) with a coach at CrossFit Beaumont. Once you've completed the two sessions the coach will either give you the thumbs up to start group classes or we may require additional personal training sessions to ensure you are moving safely and with proper form. Email or call us to schedule your first on-ramp session.
You must pay for your on-ramp classes before attending your first session. You can pay by credit/debit card online through the Sign-Up page or you can come by during any class time and pay with cash or check. If you do not show up to a scheduled session and did not call us ahead of time to reschedule you will forfeit your payment for that session.
Personal Training is also available at CrossFit Beaumont all hours of the day. If you need a little more instruction, can't attend our scheduled classes, you are extremely out of shape, or if you're just uncomfortable in a group atmosphere; we can continue to train you one on one after you've completed the On-Ramp course. Email email@example.com for details on how to get started with personal training.
