Weighted Dead Hang Pull-Ups 3-3-3-3-3

 

7 Rounds:

7 Front Squats (165#/105#)
7 Chest to bar Pull ups (kipping is allowed)

    I usually just use upper body to climb the rope, but CFB’s is too slick. . . I just slide down. . . no grip, so I’ll actually have to try and learn the technique today. I’m pretty sure Kim and I plan on being at the Crossfit for Hope fundraiser.

    Pretty glad there is nothing to heavy today, back needs a break. I’ll be missing Crossfit for Hope but I’ll definitley shoot a donation at it.

    Jon- nothing too heavy. . . have you done chest to bar pullups. . . they’re no joke. And we aren’t exactly light.lol.

    haha I sure havent, good point I guess I still have to lift 220 no matter what I do.
