    That’s kinda what I was thinking. Since we have two times for the day, my age is causing me to forget which one I did what but they were 4 seconds apart.

    So first wod…I think 11:45, with 33#’s and purple band pushups.

    “Annie” I believe was 11:49….which is 23 seconds from my time on August 23.

    I am pumped because I feel I have been sucking lately…..poor eating is causing me to slack….but I still beat my time! Whoop whoop!

    Paleo started yesterday….Paleo lasagna tonight!

    7:30 I think on the first. 15# bar,no box stopper for the first time since the surgery though so I’ll take it.

    Great turnout this evening! Pumped to see so many faces in the box at one time. I did a workout from a couple of weeks ago…. 10->1 of thrusters (95) & toes to bar, got 6:31

    5:36 rx annie. beat my old time from the new box but missed a PR by one second. which was good cuz i had four messups on DU’s today

    Jason – 22:24 was my 5k time. Happy with it considering it was my first actual 5k.

    Did a WOD at Crossfit Las Vegas today!!! The coach there was super cool and gave me alot of pointers on my deadlift and push press. It’s nice to visit other boxes…met some really cool people there!!!
    Push Press 75#- 3 times…I def. could’ve gone heavier but Mike wanted me to focus on my form.
    WOD was OTM for 10 mins. 50m sprint, max deadlifts-135#…I was only going to use 115# but Mike said I need to push myself more…nice to have someone remind you of what you’re capable of… only got 41 reps but that’s one more then I was shooting for so whooo!!
