 WOD 10/26/12

Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean – Find a heavy weight and complete 10 heavy reps

 

5 Rounds:

3 Front Squats (185/115)

5 Burpee Bar Hops

15 Push-Ups

20 Mountain Climbers

 

Cash Out: Max Tire Flips in 90 seconds

 

We will not be having a stretch class this Saturday. The 9am stretch class will resume November 3. We will have be doing two workouts starting at noon Saturday for those athletes preparing for upcoming competitions. However, these workouts are open to anyone that would like to join us. Be there early to warm up on your own, first WOD starting around 12:20, second WOD starting before 1pm.

    95# then 85# skill work. 10:26 not even close to RX. did a few real push ups but wasnt getting chest to floor, switched to knees. I had 75# front squat.

    I cant wait to get a little strength so I can actually RX workouts!

    first post ever….but loving my crossfit workouts and the professional instruction and push! my 7th week and see huge difference and pay off!!!!
    todays workout…..skill work: max 88lbs, wod: not even close to rx – fsqt [email protected] [email protected], pushups: 2w/red band then 3w/red band and knees – 5 round time 11:23min, cash out: 22 flips

    103# for 7 then 113# for 3 on the skill work.
    10:36 for the workout, 103# FS, 1 round regular push-ups then the other rounds with a purple band.

    WOW, Elyse! You were killing it today!
    I used 73# for the skill work and the WOD. Used red band for push ups. 19:00. 18 tire flips. (Thanks, Elyse, for hanging around and timing me.)
