    Very excited about this. Never done it as its own wod rx but have done grace in other Wods so I’m hopIng to do well. Whatever I do, it will be a pr because it’s been prob over a year since I’ve done it and it was 115# I think

    Good day today!
    3 PRs in one workout.
    140 on squat clean and jerk, 145 on squat clean and 3:41 on Grace which was one minute faster then the last time I did it.

    225# squat clean and jerk.
    2:28 rx on Grace.. 20 secs worse than my “unofficial” PR that I got a couple of Saturdays ago with Clayton at Lumberton. Got 15 unbroken to start and on rep 16 the bar punched my chin. Not as bad as the time my chin hit the ground before my chest or hands when I was really tired doing burpees once…
